Rental Guide

Full Management

Allowing Landlords to distance themselves and allow us to take on the responsibility of the property.  We will find the tenant and reference them, collate the tenancy agreement, prepare the inventory, collect the rent, arrange repairs, carry out regular inspections and manage all future tenancy.

Tenant Only

We will find the Tenant and Reference them.  We will then set up the agreement, prepare the inventory and collect the first months rent and deposit.  We then pass the responsibility to the landlord to manage all future dealings with the ongoing tenancy.

Tenant Find

We will find the tenant and reference them.  The landlord then prepares the lease and inventory and has responsibility to manage all ongoing tenancy.
